As a first time home buyer my fiancee and I have heard stories of how lengthy and complicated the process can get. Adrian listened to what we were looking for and pulled listings in our budget that met our needs to the tee. It only took two viewings for us to make a decision. She also broke things down for us and gave us a timeline as to what I need to do for the process to run smoothly and to stay on time. When it came to the week of closing we did run into a few problems to say the least. And this is truly where Adrian stepped in and did what I would have never thought. The seller could not move out in time and was requesting additional time to move after closing. I had already given my notice to my landlord and needed to be out by Saturday, September 30th. The seller was unable to be out by the 30th. As my fiancee and I grew with concern and losing hope to be able to close on time and possibly have nowhere to go. Adrian reassured me that everything was going to be ok and to just be ready for closing. What she didn't tell me is that she stepped in and took time out of her busy schedule to help the seller find and PAY out of her pocket for an apartment, pack and move to the new place. I mean this doesn't show how much she cares for her buyers I don't know what will. Closing date came and things went smoothly, until we get to the house. We were told she would have everything cleared, but ended up leaving quite a few things in the garage and on the curb. We were told someone was coming and picking everything that was left on the curb up. Days passed and my fiancee gets a visit from the city that was ready to fine us due to the mess that was left upfront. Adrian yet again came through and got someone to come and take care of it. We finally have a clean front lawn. It's unfortunate that the seller's realtor did care, and didn't seem to want to fix any of the inconveniences the seller brought. It shouldn't have been up to Adrian to do all of this but I will forever be grateful that we found such a caring realtor and made it possible for us to buy this home for our family. She is phenomenal and I will recommend her a million times to friends and family who are looking for a home.

Adrian did a great job. Sold me on using Shorewest and her. Was ready to use another agent/company, but she was very compassionate/compelling argument. Was thorough and lived up to her word. Very pleased. Your closing department was a different story though... These are supposed professionals that THIS is what they do for a living. A string of small issues. Quite a bit of Oh, we forgot to tell you... , You need to give us this extremely random, you would never know until we told you # or information even though the closing is in a day or so... type of silliness... Especially with an estate type sale, people have quite a bit going on, and they made it much more stressful than it probably needed to be. I know my opinion doesn't matter, but that's the way it happened...
